Annual General Meeting:  The Clan Johnston/e in America (CJA) Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Saturday September 9, 2023 at 3:00 pm EST at the Edinboro Highland Games, PennWest Campus Student Center, Edinboro, PA. Registration will begin at 2:45 pm EST. There is no charge to attend this meeting and it is open to all CJA Members in good standing.

Registration for in-person attendance at the AGM must be received by Monday August 28, 2023.  Please use the 2023 AGM Registration Form listed below: 1) print out the form and complete it, 2) send the completed form by email to secretary@clanjohnstone.org or by postal service to: Secretary-CJA, 6 Briarcliff Ter Asheville, NC 28806 USA

Proxy Form:  We are pleased to offer a new option of submitting your 2023 Proxy vote online.  Click on the below link, complete the Proxy form and submit it.  You will receive a confirmation email and your Proxy vote will be recorded in our system.  Please submit only one Proxy per voting member, even if you plan to attend the meeting in person.

Banquet: An informal CJA Banquet will take place at the Edinboro Highland Games Ceilidh from 5:00 to 9:00 pm EST. A cash bar will be available at the event. Tickets for this event are US $40 per person and must be purchased in advance directly from the festival’s website at:
